This International Women’s Day, we are celebrating the work
of our female employees within the business.
From Marketing to Accounts, and from Sales to Service, we have
a great number of women working for Graypaul Ferrari Birmingham. With 18 female
employees in our business, and today we are promoting self-love and self-appreciation.
Every female in the business came in this morning to a tulip
with words of affirmation attached as well as a bar of chocolate!
In the motortrade, on average, 29% of staff are female. We
match this statistic and we are always working on increasing the diversity of
our staff. We appreciate our female employees every day, but today we want to
shout it from the rooftops!
