In relation to recent COVID-19 Government guidelines, from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December, we would like to assure you that our Ferrari Birmingham workshop will remain open for essential car maintenance including MOTs and servicing. We will also be offering a full click and collect service for the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles.
The Government is allowing non-essential retail to operate Click and Collect or home delivery services and whilst our sales showroom will remain closed, we of course still remain open to assist with any sales enquiries remotely, either by telephone or by email.
I am also pleased to inform you that our Service and Parts department will also remain open as an essential service. If you have a current booking in place for November, please be advised that this will remain as planned. As we have demonstrated over the past few months, extra measures remain in place at our dealership to ensure we continue to follow Government guidelines. Some of these measures include operating on an appointment only basis for all service bookings and increasing levels of PPE for staff and customers.

It is clear that the country faces another challenging period and that we must all work together to beat the virus, however as a business we have learned a great deal since March 23rd and we are confident that we are able to continue to support our customers, whilst ensuring your safety remains our priority.
